Online Events Reports

In order to track the following data, you must set the web pages to be locked and require participants to login with a personal link or username/password.

How many are currently connected online, on each page

  1. Reports> Online> Online Visitors
The number of logged-in visitors is automatically updated

How many and who attended the event online

  1. Reports> Online> Visitor duration
  2. Set Date and Time From - to
  3. Select (on the right) which page you want to see the report (or all pages)
  4. Click the Search icon
You can export the results to Excel.

How long did each participant attend?

  1. Reports> Online> Website Visitors
  2. Set Date and Time From - to
  3. Select (on the right) which page you want to see the report (or all pages)
  4. Click the Search icon

    You can export the results to Excel.

See how many watched per minute, with a graph

  1. Reports> Online> Visitor Graphs
  2. Set Date and Time From - to
  3. Select (on the right) which page you want to report (or all pages)
  4. Click the Submit button and wait for the results to appear
