Online Events Reports

To track the following statistics, it is necessary for the pages to require participants to log in with a personal link or login credentials.

Connected Users

To see how many participants are currently connected:
  1. Go to Reports > Online > Connected Visitors.
The number of connected visitors is updated automatically.

Event Participants

To see who and how many people watched the event online:
  1. Go to Reports > Online > Visitor Duration.
  2. Set the Date and Time From - Until.
  3. Under the Slug field, select the page for which you want the report (or all pages).
  4. Click the Search icon.
You can export the results to Excel.

Participant Viewing Duration

To see how long each participant attended:
  1. Go to Reports > Online > Website Visitors.
  2. Set the Date and Time From - Until.
  3. Under the Slug field, select the page for which you want the report (or all pages).
  4. Click the Submit icon.
You can export the results to Excel.

Minute-by-Minute Tracking with Graph

To see how many participants watched the event by minute:
  1. Go to Reports > Online > Visitor Charts.
  2. Set the Date and Time From - Until.
  3. Under the Page field, select the page for which you want the report (or all pages).
  4. Click the Submit icon.
