            Select who will attend your event

            For some events you want to select who will attend your event. This is often the case for some TEDx events.


            1. Customise email messages

            At  Setup > CUSTOMIZE Email Messages and Pages, at the left column click "Select who will attend (select winners)"
            To customize the messages with the body and subject of your choice, click the corresponding envelope icon.

            a) Request received (send when an application is submitted)
            This message confirms that his application has been received. It's a good idea to include text that informs that once the application is approved, he will receive a new email with a link to complete his registration (and payment).

            b) Request rejected (send when you click Reject)

            c) Request accepted (send when application accepted).
            At the end of this message, a unique link for the accepted applicant to complete and pay for his ticket is automatically appended. 
            You can bypass this step so that the accepted applicant directly receives his conference pass and confirmation message. Here is how: At Reports > Requests click Actions > Accept and complete order. When you do this, the confirmation message will be sent to the attendee. 


            2. Customize your Application form
            To customize your Order form with your own fields and questions, go to Setup > EDIT Order Form


            3. Enable application mode
            To enable the applications mode, go to Setup > Settings > Event and check the "Do you want to select who is coming?"  and click Save. The Order form is now converted to an "Apply to attend" form.



            Approval / Rejection Process

            To approve or reject applications go to Reports > Requests.
            In the Application report you see all those who applied for your event, along with their info (their answers to your custom application form). When you click Accept or Reject, the corresponding messages are send to the applicant. 

            When you send the Acceptance email, the person who applied needs to click a link in it to complete the order and then he will receive the confirmation email and e-ticket.
            If you want to directly send the confirmation email (with e-ticket) at Reports > Requests click Actions and select Accept and complete order. This way the person who applied does not need to click any link to confirm his registration.


            Multiple rounds
            You are able to define the period where people are able to submit applications to attend, at Setup > Settings > Dates & Limits
             If you have multiple rounds on receiving applications to attend, you can set the "Applications Start" and "Applications  End"  as many times as needed, according to the dates of your rounds.
            People that have been accepted during previous rounds they will be still be able to complete their registration and payment.
