Create an Eventora Account and Event

Create an Account

  1. Open https://www.eventora.com/en/.
  2. Select Sign Up / Login at the top right.
  3. Enter your corporate email.
  4. Press Next.
  5. Fill in your full name and a password.
  6. Press Sign Up.
  7. Enter the six-digit code sent to your email.
  8. Press Next.
If you organize multiple events and work for a company, we recommend using a general corporate email.
This will be the central account for your company, and the events you create will be "owned" by this account.
Your colleagues and partners can create their own accounts on Eventora using their corporate emails (e.g., myname@mydomain.com). You can grant them access to manage specific events.

Create an Event

  1. Go to Manage Events > Create Event.
  2. Select your event's language. You can select more than one languages.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter the Event name.
  5. The event URL is generated automatically. If you want to change it, do so now, as you won't be able to change it later.
  6. Edit the Event Start and End date and time.
  7. Choose a Time Zone.
  8. Choose a Category.
  9. Upload an Image for your event (Recommended dimensions: 1100px x 292px).
  10. Add a Description, which will be visible to users visiting the registration page.
  11. Enter the event Location address or enable the This is an online event, there is no address option.
  12. Click Save.
