How to contact the organizer

Eventora is an online event management self-service platform, so the organizers handle all aspects of their events.

If you have any questions that are not technical, such as how you can cancel a reservation, how you can be refunded, how you can get an attendance certificate, etc. you should contact the event organizer himself with one of the following ways:

From the "Contact the Organizer" button

On the event page, click the "Contact the Organizer" button at the bottom right of the page, as you can see below:


Reply to the registration confirmation email

The organizer will probably have already send you a confirmation email.

You can reply this email asking your questions.
