How to Contact the Event Organizer

Eventora is an online event management platform managed by the organizers themselves.
If you have any non-technical questions, such as how to cancel a reservation, request a refund, or obtain a certificate of attendance, etc., please contact the event organizer directly using one of the following methods:

From the "Contact the Organizer" button

On the event page, select the Contact the Organizer button located at the bottom right, as shown below:


Reply to the registration confirmation email

It’s possible that the organizer has already contacted you, for example, through a registration confirmation email. 
You can reply to one of these emails to submit your questions.
