Send Certificate after Questionnaire Submission

If you want the attendance certificate to be sent to those who participated in your event only after they have completed an evaluation questionnaire:
  1. Setup the Certificate template (See instructions here).
  2. Create the Questionnaire (See instructions here).
  3. Go to Event > Settings.
  4. Select Certificates / Tabs from the left column.
  5. In the field Show certificate to the user under My Tickets, select If has been check-in and If has answered required surveys.
  6. Go to Event > Customize > Templates.
  7. Select the Survey tab and the Survey answer email template.
  8. Under Insert Field, select Send certificate link.
  9. Edit the email.
  10. Click Save.
