Send Certificate after Questionnaire Submission

If you would like to send the certificate of attendance to those who attended your event only after completing an evaluation questionnaire, follow these steps:
  1. Setup the Certificate template. See instructions here.
  2. Create the Questionnaire. See instructions here.
  3. Select Setup > Settings > Event and tick the "Send email on survey submission" option.
  4. Setup the questionnaire reply email from Setup > Email Messages and Pages > Other > Survey answer email.
    In this email you should include the link of the certificate by clicking on Insert Dynamic Text and selecting Send Certificate Link.
  5. Send the email with the Questionnaire link. See instructions here.
