Email Notifications

Enable Email Notifications

You can receive notification e-mail in several cases:
  1. when someone registers in your event
  2. when someone applies to attend your event (see more about applications by clicking here)
  3. an attendee updates his registration details using Edit Order link or My Tickets area
To enable notification e-mail, go to Event > Settings > Email Account & Notifications.

Notifications Recipients

You can set one or more notification recipients.

Go to Event > Settings > Email Account & Notifications > Contact e-mail address to set the primary recipient of notification e-mail.

Once you've given members of your team access to the event, you can also enable them to receive notifications.

Go to Event > Setup > Team > Notifications and choose which members of your team will receive notifications and in which cases.
