Seating

To enable seating please contact us.

Tables

Automatic Process

  1. Go to Manage > More > Seats > Seats.
  2. Click the icon  under the table to see the list of participants seated at that table.
  3. In the list that appears on the right, click the icon  next to the participant's name to remove them from the table.
  4. Click the icon  next to the table's name to change the table's name.
  5. To stop adding people to the table, activate Lock in the upper left. You can lock or unlock a table as many times as you want.

To place a participant at a table:

  1. Search for their name in the Search box.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the participant's name in the left column.
  3. Click the table where you want to place the participant.
Search with filters:
There are a few filters that will help you find the participants:
  • Seated / Not Seated: Useful when you want to see how many participants still need to be placed at a table.
  • Reservation type: RSVP, Registration, etc.
  • Company
  • Ticket type

Manual Process

  1. Select the  icon on the top right.
  2. Download the Excel file by clicking on the  icon.
  3. Fill in the participants details. Table and Id columns are mandatory.
  4. Upload the Excel file by clicking on Choose file.
  5. Press Upload File.

Auditoriums

Automatic Process

  1. Go to Manage > More > Seats > Seats.
  2. Search for the participant's name in the Search box.
  3. Click the icon  above their name and select the seat to which you want to move them.
  4. Click the icon  to send them the ticket with the new seat.
Search with filters:
There are a few filters that will help you find the participants:
  • Seated / Not Seated: Useful when you want to see how many participants still need to be seated.
  • Reservation type: RSVP, Registration, etc.
  • Ticket type
  • Company

Manual Process

  1. When creating the Excel template with your participants (Click here to see how to fill out the Excel file)
  2. In the Source field of the Excel file, fill in the seat you want to place the participant (e.g., Row 02-12).
