  1. Each field is optional. We recommend filling out first_name and last_name for personalized invitations. Additionally, you can add email and mobile phone (optionally for SMS/Viber delivery).
  2. !! If you want to allow someone to bring additional guests, enter the number of additional persons in the tickets_additional column. See the second line of the table above as an example.
  3. Leave tickets_quantity blank in all rows. It is used for special cases.
  4. If you have enabled SMS delivery, enter the mobile phone number in the phone column.
  5. In source, you can optionally fill in the source. Source refers to a characteristic that may be useful for organization, search, and reports.
  6. !! If you have multiple ticket / invitee types, you should create a separate Excel file for each category. Do not put them in different tabs!
  7. !! If you send RSVP invitations in 2 languages, you must create separate Excel files for each language. Do not put them in different tabs!
ATTENTION! Do not edit the first row of the Excel file at all, which includes the columns with titles like salutation, first_name, last_name, etc.
