Haven't Received Your Certificate? Access It Online

If the event organizer has informed you that you will receive a certificate of attendance and you have not yet received it, please follow the alternative methods below to retrieve it.

​1. Check your spam folder

Check your spam or junk folder. If you find the email there, mark it as "not spam" and add the sender to your list of safe senders.

2. Access your certificate online

  1. Go to https://www.eventora.com/en/MyHome.
  2. Log in with your Eventora account or your Facebook account.
    Note: The email you use must match the one you used to register for the event.
  3. Click Select next to the event.
  4. Click on Actions > Print Certificate.
If you do not have an Eventora account, create one at https://www.eventora.com/en/SignIn using the same email you used for event registration.

3. Contact organizer

If you still cannot access your certificate, please contact the event organizer.
