Send Confirmation Email Without Ticket

If you do not wish to include a ticket within the registration confirmation email:

  1. Go to Event > Settings.
  2. Click on Email Template Options.
  3. Under Send tickets by email, select Never.
  4. Go to Event > Customize > Templates.
  5. Click on Registration (Advanced).
  6. Edit the email template Registration Confirmation No ticket, by clicking on the icon .
  7. Click Save.
This option is useful for events without physical attendance.
