Waiting lists

            A waiting list can be activated when a ticket type is fully booked.

            Waiting lists apply to free tickets only. 

             To create waiting lists, follow these steps:

            1. At Setup > Event, check "Enable Waiting List Ticket Types"
            2. (Optional) At Setup > Email Messages and Pages > customize a) Registration Confirmation email and b) Registration Completed Page for waiting list
            3. At Setup > Ticket Types, create a new ticket type and check "Waiting List Type". You can name it as "Waiting List". Then, select the Ticket Types that you want to be connected with this waiting list

            When a ticket is cancelled, a new ticket is sent to the first person in the waiting list.
