Email Delivery Status

To check the delivery status of your email (invitations, rsvp or registration confirmations) go to Manage > Registration (Orders.)
Delivery status is visualized by an icon that you can see at the column next to the Actions button.

 E-mail has not been sent


 Delivered to the recipient's server
Note that in some cases even if the e-mail has been delivered to the recipient's e-mail server, the server might consider the e-mail as spam and actually not deliver it to the recipient's mail box, without reporting it to the sender as spam.

 Recipient has opened the e-mail


 Bounced. E-mail has not been delivered.
 Some reasons: wrong e-mail address, over quota, e-mail does not exist, typo in the e-mail, rejected as spam.
 To correct a typo in a e-mail, select Actions > Edit order data, correct the e-mail address and resend the email.




See more info and history
If you click the icon you can see more info for the e-mail communication (date, type of message (for example RSVP), action and more detailed info. If you click View you can see the actual message.

List of emails not delivered

To check which emails (invitations, rsvp or registration confirmations) were not delivered:
Go to Manage > Registration (Orders.)
Choose "Not delivered" and "Not sent"
The list of non-received/delivered will be displayed. You can download it in excel by clicking the icon 

Email Correction

If the problem is due to an incorrect email you can correct the email from Actions > Edit Order Data.
Then, you can resend RSVP (if non-delivery is RSVP) or Send Ticket (if non-delivery is a confirmation email).

Send by SMS

Alternatively, you could consider sending invitations and confirmation emails via SMS. Contact us if you would like to activate the SMS service.
