Contact attendees

Contact attendees

To contact attendees:

  1. Go to Manage > Contact attendees
  2. Choose  "Send to registration contact persons" or "Send to all attendees"
  3. Optionally apply more filters
  4. At Step 2, choose if you will contact to all registration types or to specific registration types
  5. At Step 3, choose if you will contact them by email, SMS, or both (If you want to enable the SMS feature contact us)
  6. At Step 4, select one of your existing templates. If you don't want to use a template, simply delete the subject and body and enter your own text for subject and body.
  7. Click Preview to preview the message. You can also see the number of recipients.
  8. Click Send to send messages.
