Video Conference Guide

The video conference is carried out via a web browser.
You are not required to install any additional software.
Supported browsers: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari

To start the video conference you need to click on the camera icon

The first time, a pop-up window will appear in the browser to give permission to use your camera and microphone
Select the desired camera and microphone and press the Allow button



After giving permission, you will see the preview of your options. Press  Connect


You will then be transported to the virtual room - environment where the meeting will take place.



During the video conference you have the following options:

 Mute Microphone
 Mute speaker
 Disable camera
 View participants
 Share screen
 Choose different view
 Leave the meeting
