Updating Data via Excel File
In case you want to bulk edit participant data, follow these steps:
1. Go to Manage > More > Other > Update Data.
2. Click on Export Data to download the Excel file with all registration data. If your event has many participants, downloading the file may take a few minutes.
3. Open the Excel file and update the cells as needed.
Warning!! Do not edit the first row of the Excel file at all.
4. Once you've finished editing, save the Excel file.
5. Return to the Data Update page.
6. Click on Choose File to upload the Excel file.
Each row in the Excel file corresponds to one participant (one ticket). If you do not wish to update the data of specific participants, you can delete the respective rows from the Excel file.
