Update registration data via Excel
If you would like to edit your participants' data massively, follow these steps:
- Go to Reports > Update Data
- Click Export Data to download an Excel file with all registration data. If your event is big, this might take some minutes.
- Open the Excel file and update the cells you want.
Attention! You should not edit the first line of the Excel file.
- When finished, return to the Update Data page on Eventora, and click Choose File to upload the Excel.
Each row of the Excel file corresponds to an attendee (a ticket). If you don't need to update data for some attendees, you can delete the corresponding rows from the Excel file. This will make the update faster too.
