Send Questionnaire / Survey email

Follow the steps below to send a questionnaire by email.

Α. Configuring email 

  1. Go Event > Customize > Templates
  2. Add New Template or edit an existing one by clicking the pencil icon on the Other Reminder Email
  3. Configure the theme and text of the email template.
    Do not forget to include the link of your questionnaire in your email. To find the link of your questionnaire go to More > Surveys and click on  
    Click Save.

Β. Send email

Go Manage > Contact attendees

Step 1. Select Recipients

Choose all participants.
You can also choose whether to send the email only to those who have paid.

Step 2. Select a registration type

You can send emails only to specific ticket types.

Step 3. Send by email / sms

It's already set to be sent by email.

Step 4. Select an e-mail template

Choose the email template that you have configured in Step A.

Finally, click Preview and then click Send.
