To create rooms, go to Event > Setup > Sessions > Rooms.
Click Add and select either Online Room or Physical Room, then specify its Location, Name and Description.
- If you select Online Room, you can either enter a specific link or use a WebApp page that you have created in Eventora.
- If you choose a WebApp page, all visitors to this page will be automatically checked-in, provided that the Room is linked to a session.
To link a session to a room, go to Event > Setup > Sessions > Rooms, create or edit a session, and in More settings, select the Room you want to associate it with.
