Guide for Communicating through Digital Booths
Visitors to your digital booth have the ability to communicate with you via:
- Contact Form
- Video Call
- Chat
Contact Form
1. Visitors can contact you through the contact form by clicking on the envelope icon.
2. They fill in their message and press Send.
3. You will receive their message via email to further communicate with them.
Video Call Communication
1. Visitors can request a Video Call by clicking on the camera icon.
2. You will automatically receive an email to join your digital room.
3. Click the link to enter your digital room.
Now you are in your digital room. On the right side of your screen, there is a "waiting room" where you will see the visitor waiting to meet with you digitally. You can accept them and start the video call by clicking on the green person icon.
Chat Communication
1. Visitors can request to chat with you through the respective icon.
2. In this case, you will receive an automated email with a link to start the chat with them.
