Lead Generation for Exhibitors
With Lead Generation, you can allow exhibitors to scan QR codes of visitors to their booth using their mobile phones. This allows them to access visitor details or profiles and also keep notes on each visitor.
You must first acquire the relevant service. To obtain it, please contact us at: help@eventora.com.

Setup and Create Account 

  1. Install the Eventora Scanner app:
    - Eventora Scanner for Android
    - Eventora Scanner for iOS

  2. Log in with your Eventora account.
    Note: If you don’t have an Eventora account, sign in here and follow the steps.

  3. Select your event (and the desired session, if applicable).

Important: You must create your account using the email for which you purchased the service. After creating your account, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Scan Visitors

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Select the event you are participating in, then choose the Lead Generation session.
  3. Scan the visitor’s QR code to view their details.
  4. To record their visit and access their information, click the CHECK-IN button.

Additional Notes for Android App only: To take notes on a visitor (e.g., interests or other observations), click NOTES. Enter your notes and click SAVE.

Visitor Reports

  1. Go to https://www.eventora.com/en/Events.
  2. Click on Manage next to the event you are participating in.
  3. Navigate to Reports.
  4. Export to an Excel file by clicking the relevant icon at the top right.

Alternative Method for Android App only: For accessing visitor reports, you can also select the icon at the top of the app (next to the magnifying glass).
