Email Delivery Report

Email Delivery Status

To check the delivery status of your emails (invitations or registration confirmations), go to Manage > Registrations.
Next to each registration, there is an email delivery status icon (under Delivery).
Refer to the table below for detailed explanations of each status.

Email has not been sent 

Delivered, not opened
Please note that in some cases, even if the email has been delivered and opened, the recipient's mail server has not communicated with Eventora, resulting in it appearing only as "delivered" when it is actually "delivered and open."

 
Open / Open and Click
The recipient has opened the email. /
The recipient has taken an action within the email (e.g., clicked on an invitation button, unsubscribed, opened a web page, etc.).

Deferred
Temporary inability to receive.
The first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Automatic retry attempts will follow.
Bounce
E-mail has not been delivered.
Common reasons for failure: invalid email address, the recipient's mailbox is full, marked as spam.
 Dropped
E-mail has not been delivered.
Common reasons for failure: filtering or policy restrictions from the recipient's mail server.

View more information and identify the reason for non-delivery.
If you click on each icon, you can see more information about the email delivery: date, message type (e.g., RSVP), reasons for non-delivery, etc.

Communication History.
If you click on the View option, you can see the history of emails the user has received.

List of emails not delivered

To see which emails (invitations or registration confirmations) have not been delivered:
  1. Go to Mange > Registrations.
  2. Select from the corresponding filter the options All (Email Delivered /Not Delivered).
  3. Select the Not Delivered option.
  4. The list of non-received/delivered will appear. You can download it in Excel by clicking the icon  in the upper right corner.

Email Correction

If the issue is due to an incorrect email, you can correct the email or enter an alternative email:
  1. Click on the icon  > Edit order data.
  2. Edit the email.
  3. Click Save.
  4. From the icon , you can select Send RSVP (if it concerns an RSVP) or Send Tickets or Send Registration (if it concerns a registration confirmation email).
Send via SMS
You can consider sending invitations or confirmation emails via SMS. Contact us if you wish to activate the SMS sending service.
