Ticket Cancellation Option

Enable Participants to:
  1. Cancel their registration themselves, if it is free.
  2. Cancel all tickets of a reservation by clicking "Cancel Reservation" in the registration confirmation email.
  3. Cancel a specific ticket by clicking "Cancel Ticket" in their electronic ticket.
To allow ticket buyers to cancel their orders and tickets, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Event > Settings.
  2. Select the Tickets / Registrations tab.
  3. Choose Allow user to cancel orders and tickets.
  4. Go to Event > Customize > Templates.
  5. In the Main tab, edit the Registration Confirmation email template by clicking the icon .
  6. In the Editor Tab, select Insert Field and insert the Cancel Order field.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Go to Event > Customize > Tickets.
  9. In the Editor Tab, select Insert Field and insert the Cancel Ticket field.
  10. Click Save.
