Ticket Cancellation Option
Enable Participants to:
- Cancel their registration themselves, if it is free.
- Cancel all tickets of a reservation by clicking "Cancel Reservation" in the registration confirmation email.
- Cancel a specific ticket by clicking "Cancel Ticket" in their electronic ticket.
To allow ticket buyers to cancel their orders and tickets, follow these steps:
- Go to Event > Settings.
- Select the Tickets / Registrations tab.
- Choose Allow user to cancel orders and tickets.
- Go to Event > Customize > Templates.
- In the Main tab, edit the Registration Confirmation email template by clicking the icon .
- In the Editor Tab, select Insert Field and insert the Cancel Order field.
- Click Save.
- Go to Event > Customize > Tickets.
- In the Editor Tab, select Insert Field and insert the Cancel Ticket field.
- Click Save.
